Nestled between the Takitimu Mountains and the Southern Alps we at Connermara (Bev and Murray) offer genuine Kiwi hospitality when you choose to stay in one of our self-contained cottages.
We are born and bred Southlanders who enjoy travelling and meeting other genuine folk. We have been farming in Southland for over 40 years ( sheep, cattle, etc.) and now enjoy Deer Farming We farm various breeds of deer including Red. Wapiti, and Elk, and a few sheep and cattle.

From Queenstown or Dunedin( Highway 94) take the turn off to Manapouri (about 20 km from Te Anau) When you get to the above sign, at Weir Road turn left we are just 4 kms on the left. From InvercargillWhen you have crossed the Mararoa River on the Southern Scenic Route, Connemara Farm is approx. 1 km on Right. From ManapouriOn Hillside Road continue 4 km to sign post.
