Nestled between the Takitimu Mountains and the Southern Alps we at Connermara (Bev and Murray) offer genuine Kiwi hospitality when you choose to stay in one of our self-contained cottages.
We are born and bred Southlanders who enjoy travelling and meeting other genuine folk. We have been farming in Southland for over 40 years ( sheep, cattle, etc.) and now enjoy Deer Farming We farm various breeds of deer including Red. Wapiti, and Elk, and a few sheep and cattle.

We came for 2 nights, stayed 4. That says it all. Lovely accommodation, excellent hosts. really enjoyed the farm tour.
